• As required by the state of Texas for licensed childcare, we must hold child attendance and registration info during their entire time of enrollment in our program and for up to 3 months after their last day. This info is only shared with the state licensing agent upon their request.

• Upon registration of your child at a Koti Academy, you will choose to agree or disagree for signing a waiver for photo / video release of your child so that we can share such images and media via social media, training content, and on the parent messaging app. We respect the privacy of your child and will abide by your decision.
